Cheese Enchiladas

lrg page of Mican Shredded Cheese
10 pk of Tortillas
2 can of El Pato sauce (they are little green cans)
1 can of Enchilada Sauce ( I usually get Maccao's)
1 onion
1 can diced jelapeno

Cooking Instructions

Mix cheese, diced onion, and el pato in bowl (leave a little cheese aside to sprinkle on top) add a little Maccaos sauce if needed. Spoon cheese mixture into tortilla and roll and place in pan. Once pan is full pour enchilada sauce on top, sprinkle w/ cheese and jalapeƱo and bake at 375 for about 30 min or until cheese is melted


inda spicy serve w/ mex rice and beans! You can add canned or shredded chicken or beef if you like
