Cheese Soup

General Description


4 quarts water
8 large potatoes
2 packages California blend frozen vegetables
2 packages egg noodles
2 lbs. cubed ham
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 logs Velveeta cheese, cubed

Cooking Instructions

Peel and cube potatoes and place in 4 quarts of water. Bring to boil. Stir in soup. Add vegetables, ham, and noodles. Simmer until potatoes, vegetables, and noodles are not quite done, stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and simmer until all ingredients are tender.
