Easy Baked Potato Soup
General Description
Ingredients
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cooked potatos diced
1 can rotel tomatoes
1 bag frozen corn
6 flour tortillas
boneless skinless chicken boiled & cut
TO TOP:
sour cream
chives
shredded cheddar cheese
Cooking Instructions
Add everything together cook on stove until warm/hot stirring frequently. Add more broth if you like at thinner soup. Add cut up tortillas at the very end of cooking. They become kind of dumpling like. Add the topping ingredients to individual bowls. Salt & pepper to taste. Very yummy!!
