Egg Casserole

General Description


8 eggs
2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. mushrooms ( fresh or canned)
1 lb. bacon or sausage
1 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

cook the bacon or sausage. drain. cook the mushrooms is the same grease, and drain also.
mix up the eggs. add milk, cheese and mushroom, meat mixture. put in greased 2 qt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.



for a spicy twist add fresh jalapeƱo
