Loaded Mac And Cheese

General Description


1 box of barilla bowtie (farfalle) pasta
2 cloves of minced garlic
half of a small onion finely minced
1tbs of celery salt
salt and pepper
3tbs of flour
4 41/2 tablespoons of butter
1- 1 1/2 cups of milk
bacon (crumbled)
half a can of tomato soup
1 can of diced tomatoes

Cooking Instructions

boil pasta in salted water along with the celery salt.
in another pan sautee the onion and garlic in the butter, once the onion is almost soft slowly add the flour, salt and pepper to taste.

then slowly add in the milk.
add 1 cup of shredded cheese (i used jack and chedder)
stir until the cheese melts then pour into the pasta (haha drain the pasta first though)

cook the bacon, (then crumble it or cut it up with scissors.)
add the bacon to the pasta
then mix in the half a can of tomato soup along with the diced tomatoes)
into a casserole dish.

top with shredded cheese and bake in over at 350 for about 8 minutes (or until cheese is melted)



can use rotel instead of diced
