Peanut Butter Pie
General Description
Ingredients
1 Oreo Cookie Pie Crust
3/4 cup of creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 cups of powdered sugar
1 8oz package of cream cheese (softened)
1 12oz container of Cool Whip (thawed)
1 small bag of resses mini peanut butter cups
Cooking Instructions
Using a mixer, blend together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth
Using a wooden spoon or spatula fold in cool whip with the peanut butter mixture
Fill pie crust and top with crumbled peanut butter cups
Refrigerate until firm (usually 4 hours)

Variations
Optional layer
On the stove top, melt together 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of peanut butter until smooth
Spread across Oreo crust and refrigerate until firm and then add peanut butter mixture on top of chocolate layer
