Rachael Ray S Gingerbread Waffles

General Description

  • Makes 4, 4 section waffles.


3 C. flour
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. pumpkin puree
1 1/4 c whole milk
1/2 c molasses
1 stick of butter, melted

Cooking Instructions

Preheat waffle iron. In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a med bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until fluffy. Then beat in pumpkin, milk, molasses and 1/2 c of melted butter. Stir the ingredients into the dry, until just moist. DO NOT OVER STIR. Brush the waffle iron w/butter. Pour batter onto iron.
