Rigatoni With Broccoli

General Description


1 carton (15 ounces) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 box (16 ounces) BARILLA Rigatoni
1 jar BARILLA Three Cheese Sauce
3 cups broccoli florets

Cooking Instructions

MIX ricotta, Parmigiano cheese, salt and pepper in a large bowl; set aside.
HEAT Marinara Sauce in saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally.
COOK Rigatoni according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cook time. Drain and return to pot.
ADD ricotta mixture to Rigatoni; mix well. Transfer to serving platter; top with sauce
