Sausage Rotini

General Description


1 pack of sweet or milk Italian sausage (cut the skin off and cut up into little pieces)
1 box of barilla rotini pasta
2-3 cloves of garlic
diced onion (however much you want)
olive oil
sundried tomatoes
1 can of diced tomato (half way drained)
about half a can of tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

saute the onion, garlic, basil, oregano, and sausage in olive oil until sausage is almost cooked
throw in the sundried tomatoe and diced tomatoe mix it all up
pour in tomato sauce (mix it up)

cook pasta. once pasta is "al dente" drain and then return pasta to the pot you boiled it in.

then pour the sausage and tomato stuff and mix it all up, the pour parmesean cheese all over it (you can mix it up or let it melt on top)


goes great with garlic bread
