Slow Cooker Lasagna

General Description


1 lb. ground beef, browned
4-5 cups spaghetti sauce
24 oz. container of cottage cheese
1 egg
8-10 lasagna noodles, uncooked
2-3 cups of mozzarella cheese, grated

Cooking Instructions

1. Combine ground beed and spagetti sauce
2. combine egg and cottage cheese
3. Layer half of the ground beef mixture, the dry noodles, the cottage cheese mixture, and the mozzarella chesse in the slowe cooker. Repeat Layers.
4. Cover. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.


*You can substitute anything you want, and I usually do more layers than the two you are supposed, just cause I like lots of noodles..and then just make sure that you finish with mozzarella cheese. :) Its easy!
